Barbara Blum

A “Soccer Mom” who was instrumental in starting soccer in Greensboro in the early 1970s when the family moved to Greensboro from Atlanta and found no soccer leagues available to her five children.

Bob Catapano

Bob Catapano graduated from Glen Rock (NJ) High School in 1969 and came to North Carolina to attend N.C. State University.

Jim "Catfish" Cole

Born January 25, 1931, in Cullowhee, North Carolina AA, Campbell College, 1956; BS, Western Carolina University, 1958 Campbell College Varsity Baseball and Basketball Campbell College

Tony Johnson

Grew up in Erwin, NC and learned to play soccer at Buies Creek HS. He played collegiate soccer at UNC Chapel Hill where he was named All-Atlantic Coast Conference for four consecutive seasons.
